We count with orchards from 1991 and 1992, which are handled taking special care of their balance in order for the high yields to go side by side with the desired quality and alcohol levels so the wine is an export product.
The grape harvest is carried out once the sugar level and desired acidity are reached by the winery with their own staff who watched these orchards grow and know the exact moment when the grape has its best characteristics.

The wines obtained are noble wines that tell the age of the grapevines.
